Video: Governor Dayton’s budget will grow the middle class

ST. PAUL - At their union’s Day on the Hill at the state Capitol in St. Paul, AFSCME members talked about the importance of growing the middle class.
They said Governor Mark Dayton’s budget would do that by preserving public services and jobs, making important investments in education and infrastructure and putting the state on the road to economic recovery.
