| ST. PAUL - The St. Paul and Minneapolis Regional Labor Federations are participating in a toy drive to benefit the children of the locked-out American Crystal Sugar workers. |
Gifts and monetary donations will be accepted through Dec. 19. They may be dropped off at the St. Paul and Minneapolis labor centers, or mailed to:
