ST. PAUL - It was 2 degrees above zero. It was snowing. But, hey, this is Minnesota. So a little February weather didn’t stop well over 1,000 people – and a few dogs – from rallying outside the state Capitol on Saturday.
It was another rousing display of solidarity with Wisconsin workers. This rally was organized by Move On.
