Vote in person or by absentee ballot before Election Day
25 October 2006
You can vote by absentee ballot if you are unable to vote in person on Election Day if you'll be away from home, are ill or disabled, serving as an election judge in another precinct or unable to go to the polling place due to a religious observance or belief.

The easiest way to vote by absentee ballot is to do so in person, at your county auditor or city or township clerk’s office, starting 30 days prior to Election Day.

For more information on voting in person before Election Day, contact your local county auditor or election office. Click here for a list of county offices: http://www.sos.state.mn.us/home/index.asp?page=53
